You don’t need to know exactly what you need.

You don’t need to know exactly what you need.

If something in your marketing isn’t working as well as it should, or there’s a problem you haven’t quite got to the bottom of, that’s enough to start a conversation.

You don’t need a finished brief. You don’t need to have decided what kind of marketing help the problem needs.

Working that out is part of the job.

A first conversation can be pretty informal. Tell me what’s happening, what you’re trying to change and where things seem to be getting stuck. I’ll ask some questions, get a feel for the business and the problem, and we can see whether I’m likely to be useful.

Sometimes that leads to a defined piece of work.

Sometimes the useful answer is much smaller.

And sometimes I’m not the right person. I’m perfectly comfortable saying so.

I work with B2B businesses and agencies, from Bristol across the UK and beyond.
