Tucker Marketing is operated by Alex Tucker in Bristol, UK. This notice explains what personal information I may collect, why I use it and what rights you have.

Last updated: September 2026.
What information I collect
This website does not have a contact form and does not require you to create an account.
If you contact me by email, LinkedIn or another business channel, I may receive information such as:
• your name; • your email address; • your job title and organisation; • your contact details; • the contents of our correspondence; • information you choose to provide about your business or enquiry.
I may also hold publicly available professional information where it is relevant to a business relationship or prospective business relationship.
Like most hosted websites, technical information such as IP address, browser or device information and request logs may also be processed by the services used to deliver and secure the site.
How I use your information
I may use personal information to:
• respond to enquiries; • communicate with prospective, current and previous clients, partners and other business contacts; • understand whether Tucker Marketing may be useful to a business; • manage projects and client relationships; • keep appropriate records of conversations and commercial relationships; • operate and improve the business; • meet legal, accounting or regulatory obligations.
If you contact me, I may add your contact details and relevant correspondence to HubSpot, which I use as a customer relationship management system.
Being recorded in HubSpot does not automatically mean you will be added to a marketing mailing list.
Lawful basis
Depending on the circumstances, I normally process personal information because:
• it is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract or to perform a contract with you; • it is necessary for my legitimate interests in operating, developing and managing Tucker Marketing and its business relationships; or • I need to comply with a legal obligation.
Where I rely on legitimate interests, I consider whether those interests are reasonably expected in the context of the relationship and whether they are outweighed by your rights and interests.
Who I share information with
I do not sell personal information.
I may use trusted service providers to operate the business, including providers of:
• website hosting, delivery and privacy-focused analytics; • email and productivity tools; • customer relationship management; • accounting and professional services.
HubSpot is currently used as the CRM system.
Framer is currently used to host and deliver the website and provide its built-in analytics.
These providers may process information on my behalf where necessary to provide their services.
I may also disclose information where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal rights.
International processing
Some technology providers may process personal information outside the UK.
Where this happens, I rely on the safeguards used by those providers and the applicable mechanisms for lawful international data transfers, such as recognised adequacy arrangements or approved contractual safeguards.
How long I keep information
I keep personal information only for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected.
How long that is will depend on the nature of the relationship, whether there is an ongoing commercial reason to retain the information, and whether I need to keep records for legal, accounting or regulatory purposes.
Information that is no longer reasonably required will be deleted or securely disposed of.
Cookies, analytics and website technology
I use Framer’s built-in analytics to understand how the website is used. This provides aggregated information such as page views, traffic sources, countries and device or browser types.
Framer states that its analytics does not use cookies or persistent identifiers and does not collect information that identifies an individual.
The website platform and infrastructure providers may also process technical information where necessary to deliver, secure and operate the website.
I do not currently use Google Analytics, advertising cookies or behavioural tracking on this site.
If I introduce non-essential analytics, tracking or similar technologies in future, I will update this notice and introduce appropriate consent controls where required.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, UK data protection law may give you rights including the right to:
• ask for a copy of the personal information I hold about you; • ask me to correct inaccurate information; • ask me to delete information; • ask me to restrict how information is used; • object to certain uses of your information; • receive certain information in a portable format; • withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
Not all of these rights apply in every situation.
To exercise a right or ask a question about your information, email:
Complaints
If you are concerned about how I have handled your personal information, please contact me first and I will try to resolve the issue.
You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator.

I may update this privacy notice if the way Tucker Marketing uses personal information changes.
